Chase Ward B.Mus.

Drums

Chase  holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Humber Polytechnic, where he was a recipient of the Lou Williamson Scholarship Award and named to the Dean’s List for all four years of his studies.

Professionally active as a musician for over four years and performing for more than eight, Chase’s experience spans live performance, composition, and production. He has a strong background in Jazz, R&B, Blues, Soul, and Pop, and has also worked in Classical and Musical Theatre settings.

Chase believes in the power of music as a form of expression and collaboration. Whether it’s helping an artist achieve a particular sound in the studio, interpreting charts in a live performance, or guiding students to discover their own musical voice, Chase approaches every setting with creativity and enthusiasm.

His teaching philosophy is rooted in curiosity, connection, and enjoyment. He aims to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore, take risks, and express themselves authentically while developing a strong musical foundation.

Beyond teaching, Chase is an avid hiker, climber, runner, and cyclist who enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible.
